Airlines and Hotels are becoming more detailed focused; thus, the traveler information provided must be as it appears on your travel document.

PASSPORT EXPIRATION DATE:
Check the Expiration date on ALL traveler passports. It is recommended that ALL Passports be valid for at least 6 months after your RETURN date.
NAME REQUIREMENTS:
For each traveler you MUST complete ALL name fields as outlined on the Traveler’s Profile form.
- Title of each Passenger: Mr. Mrs. Ms. Dr
– While this information is NOT on your passport it is REQUIRED for booking.
- Name as it appears on the Passport:
– This appears on one line on your passport. However, for booking purposes the name(s) must be segmented into:

- First Name
- Middle Name (allow for 2 middle names) If the Middle Name appears as only an initial then insert the initial only so that it matches the passport exactly.
- Last Name

CONDITION OF PASSPORT:
All travelers’ passports must be in good condition. Please check all passports to ensure that the cover is not torn, all pages are not ripped or soiled and there are no hanging threads.
A passenger was recently denied check-in/travel due to this issue.
