EDH will guide you on wine selection and provide written menus for your table settings. EDH can also provide 5 star Butler Service to ensure your wines are perfectly poured in the optimal stemware. Less Formal?
Looking for something a little less formal and more fun, gather your friends/colleagues and book our Food & Wine Pairing “funshop”. EDH’s Sommelier will select wines that are paired with our Chef’s light faire pairings. You and your guests will learn complementing and contrasting flavor profiles that can be used when selecting future wines for dinners or for sipping with charcuterie boards/desserts.
