El Dorado Hospitality‘s cocktail classes and team building events are a fun and engaging experience allowing your guests to explore unique flavor profiles through classic and contemporary cocktails.
Cocktail Workshops
El Dorado Hospitality’s Cocktail workshops are designed to be held in your home, office or event space and provide your guests with an understanding of: core cocktail components; bitters, syrups and cordials; mixing techniques (shaken, stir, blend etc.); glass selection and the importance of ice (when and when not to).
El Dorado Hospitality can provide you with nibbles or a suggested menu to accompany the cocktails. Our Mixologist meets with you to determine a theme, flavour profiles and spirits you’d like to use. We also offer alcohol free workshops. EDH cocktail classes include all necessary tools your guests will need to create tasty libations.
Team Building Mixology Workshops
Battle your friends and colleagues behind the “bar” in a fun and educational mixology workshop. Our set up includes cocktail stations with everything the attendees need to mix fabulous cocktails. We’ll cover the basics of cocktail creation, create a few signature cocktails and then let the guests compete to create their own cocktails with the ingredients provided.
